Shipping and Returns

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased on Gingys.com may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of package. After 7 days has passed, merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange up to 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days merchandise is no longer returnable.

Sale items are not returnable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Merchandise purchased in store is only eligible for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 14 days of purchase. Store credits do not expire and can be used at any Gingy's location. 

Sale items are non returnable. No exceptions.
