ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Merchandise purchased on Gingys.com may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of package. After 7 days has passed, merchandise can be returned for store credit or exchange up to 14 days of receipt of purchase. After 14 days merchandise is no longer returnable.

Sale items are not returnable.
